PRACTICE SYSTEMS
Streamlining your consultation
At Laureles Specialist Medicine, we use Gentu, Heidi Health and Medical Objects to help make your care more organised, efficient and connected.
________
These systems help us manage appointments, referrals, correspondence, clinical notes and patient information. They also support communication with your GP, hospital teams and other healthcare providers, so important information such as referrals, consultation letters, results and discharge summaries can be shared efficiently.
For patients, this means a smoother consultation experience, better continuity of care and less chance of important information being delayed or missed. By reducing time spent on administration, these systems also help Dr Kozlowska focus more fully on your concerns, your medical history and your overall care plan.
