PRACTICE SYSTEMS
Technology supporting our practice
At Laureles Specialist Medicine, we use carefully selected clinical software to support a well-organised, efficient and patient-focused practice.
We use Gentu, a cloud-based practice management system designed for Australian specialist practices. Gentu supports appointment management, patient records, correspondence, billing and other administrative workflows. This helps us manage referrals, patient communication and practice administration efficiently, while supporting timely communication with referrers.
During consultations, we may use Heidi Health, a medical documentation assistant. With patient consent, Heidi can assist by transcribing the consultation and helping prepare clinical notes. This allows Dr Kozlowska to remain more engaged in the consultation while important clinical details are captured. All notes are reviewed and finalised by Dr Kozlowska before being added to the medical record.
